Our homeschooling program is designed to provide comprehensive support and personalized learning experiences for every student. Each month, your family will benefit from a robust educational framework tailored to meet your child’s unique needs.
What’s Included:
- Weekly One-on-One Meetings:
Each week, your child will have a dedicated one-on-one session with a certified Quantum Montessori Guide & Success Coach. These meetings will focus on discussing the work plan, addressing challenges, and celebrating progress to ensure continuous learning and development. - Weekly Parent-Educator Meetings:
We recognize the crucial role parents play in homeschooling. To support you, we offer optional 30-minute meetings with our experienced educators. These sessions provide homeschool support, answer your questions, and offer guidance to enhance your child’s learning experience. - Individualized Weekly Work Plans:
Every week, your child will receive a customized work plan developed by our certified guides. These plans are tailored to your child’s learning style and pace, ensuring they stay engaged, motivated, and on track for success. - Floating Hearts:
This live 45-minute small group class provides an interactive and engaging environment for personal growth. The class covers Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Character Traits, and Teaching Self-Government, fostering essential life skills in an enjoyable setting.

Ready to Join the Montessori Family?
Initial Parent Meeting
We begin with a meeting between the parents and our team to discuss the child's needs and our ability to support them. This meeting is essential for aligning our program with the family's expectations and educational goals. If the family wishes to proceed, a $35.00 fee will be collected to cover the Student Evaluation. This fee will be credited towards your administrative fee should you choose to move forward with enrollment of your child.
Student Evaluation Meeting
Each student will participate in a Student Evaluation Meeting with one of our guides. This session is designed to allow the student and guide to get acquainted in a comfortable and supportive environment. The guide will assess the student's learning style, interests, and any specific needs to ensure that our program is the right fit. The interaction also gives the student a chance to become familiar with the guide, ask questions, and build a trusting relationship, which is crucial for a successful educational experience.
Family Acceptance
Once the evaluation is complete and both parties agree to proceed, the next step is to secure your child's spot. A one-time administrative fee, reduced by the $35.00 evaluation fee, is required to hold the spot. When you are ready, proceed to step 4.
Family Investment
The Family Investment is due three days before the school year starts and on the 1st of each month thereafter. Please note that all tuition and administrative fees are non-refundable once paid. This policy ensures that families make a well-informed decision before committing to our program.
